Our Impression Kits are sent within 1-5 business days.
All our jewellery pieces are handmade to order with a lead time of 10-14 business days.
After we have received your returned impression kit, please allow upto 4 weeks for the finished piece.
For urgent orders or specific deadlines, please email hello@parente.au, and we’ll try prioritize your request.

Please note that during sales periods such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, there may be delays due to high order volumes and temporary business closures. To avoid any inconvenience, we advise placing your orders as early as possible.
- Finished piece: For delivery in time for Valentines Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 10th January.
- Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 7th February – These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece.
- Finished piece: For delivery in time for Mothers Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 7th of April.
- Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 5th of May – These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece.
- Finished piece: For delivery in time for Christmas Day your impression kit will need to be returned by the 20th of November.
- Impression Kits (without the finished piece): 14th of December – These are a beautiful gift to be given on the day if you did not order in time for the finished piece.

- Any other orders placed during this time will begin processing from the 14th January
