Returns Policy
At PARENTÉ, all sales are final at checkout. Due to the custom nature of our Impression Collection, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We may repair or replace items if they are found to be faulty after assessment.
Each order undergoes quality control before dispatch. Refunds or exchanges are only available for genuinely faulty or defective items. If you receive a defective product, please email us at hello@parente.au with your order number, a photo of the faulty item, and a description of the issue.
